I thought that the cooking here may be something like what you would get at a family get together, with mixes of foods not expertly cooked but decent enough to give a nod at.
The food here is excellent. The soups/croqs have a deep and satisfying flavor and texture that I would expect to find at an upscale restaurant. The salads are fresh and light, just the way they should be. The bread has the perfect moisture and crumble at the same time.
If you want a great local meal that is physically and soulfully heart warming, this is the place to be.
