Feeding Our Community Ourselves, Inc (FoCo Cafe) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). Our EIN is 46-1283773.
We are also an Enterprize Zone charity! Donors making a cash donation to FoCo Cafe may receive 25% of that amount as a credit against your state tax liability. This tax credit is in addition to the standard Federal and State income tax deductions. As a Colorado taxpayer, the Enterprise Zone Contribution Tax Credit decreases the amount of taxes you owe and gives you an opportunity to invest in your community. In-kind and stock contributions receive a 12.5% tax credit. If you wish to take advantage of an EZ tax credit, please indicate this with your donation. We will need your name, address, phone number and the last four digits of your social security in order to process the paperwork. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your eligibility, as individual situations vary.

FoCo Cafe is a constituent driven organization and depends heavily on the communities support and involvement. With your help, FoCo Cafe can meet the dietary needs of hundreds of adults and children dealing with food security issues and homelessness in Fort Collins. Your contribution enables us to provide nutritious and delicious meals to all people regardless of their ability to pay. Because all should have access to healthy foods.
